GENDER SELECTION TIP #1

Wednesday, August 31st, 2005

Happy Merdeka Day!!!

Here’s today’s tip:

Let’s start by what you Eat!

We’ll give you a few tips regarding the diet of both parents. Why?  Did you know that the food you eat has a direct influence on the alkalinity/acidity of both the man’s sperm and the woman’s tract?

Here is another hint:

* Alkalinity favours the conception of a baby BOY

* Acidity favours the conception of a baby GIRL

Based on those facts…

If you want a baby BOY, both parents should eat ALKALINE food like the ones suggested below:

almond - melon - banana - coconut - carrot – onion - celery - barley - avocado - parsley – chamomile - red & green pepper - cauliflower - pear – pumpkin - leek - cucumber - rice - squash - potato – zucchini - lettuce - lucerne - cheese - yellow apple - water.

If you want a baby GIRL, both parents should eat ACIDIC food like the ones suggested below:

apricot  - lentil - lamb     - marinade – pineapple - mustard - peanut - nutmeg - asparagus – orange - aubergine - grapefruit - oats - peach - beet - plum - wheat - radish - beef - rhubarb – coffee - soja – cinnamon - tomato - chocolate - salmon - lemon - sugar - spinach - tea – seafood tuna - kiwi - veal - vinegar - yogurt.

Please note that you should start this diet at least

1 month prior to start trying to conceive.

Will continue with the 2nd one soon!

Today’s Forecast

Feeling exceptionally disciplined? It’s showing — you’ve accomplished a lot! And now, it’s about time to treat yourself. Buy a little something for yourself — maybe something on discount, so you can keep feeling good.

Yupp! I am trying to discipline myself to be more thrifty…but not sure whether i shld buy "a little something" for myself to reward that…??

Shop-a-holic

Sunday, August 28th, 2005

Yupp! Dats me!! My husband can’t believe that i can actually shop without having to go to the mall. Not via internet too though. I had one bad experince wit dat serik! Actually i ordered thru my sister who lives in US hehehehe… Just bought 2 watches that only cost $70 so its abt RM270! It’s cheap isn’t it?? You can’t get a GUESS watch for RM200 here. I know that i dont really need it now but…. i just loooovvvvee new stuffs. Besides, one of the watches is actually my gift for him for our "couple" anniversary coming 2nd Sept.

So… this month kena la ikat perut to cover back all the expenses. I better stop shopping for a while before my hubby actually barred me from going to all shopping mall. Yikes!! I hate this. Bila la nak dpt banyak duit??….

Quickie: You can do it. You may not see results right away, but keep on trucking

Overview: A promotion or plum assignment is just ripe for the picking. In fact, it may be so ripe that all you have to do is stand under it and — plop! — it’ll just fall right into your hands. You know you deserve it.

Shld I believe it?! Shld I believe it?! Shld I believe it???!

In-Laws

Monday, August 15th, 2005

in-law (n) n. A relative by marriage.

But why is it call in-laws in the first place?? I am not trying to critisize them but there just something different abt them. I am not saying abt my parents-in-law. Both of them have been nothing but very nice ever since I became part of the family. They even treat me like a princess. Fyi, I’ve never help her cook or clean up (dats wat a typical mother-in-law would expect).

I just want to share the experience I had wit my hubby’s siblings (There are 8 of them and my hubby is the 3rd). In paticularly, his 2 elder brothers!  Ever since we got married, we have been inviting them to come over to our house. The main reason is for them to bring their parents over to our house. They know that their parents aren’t able to drive (my father in-law only knows how to ride a bike). Until now, after exactly 1 year 7 months 3 weeks of marriage, habuk pun tak dak. Even when i gave birth to my baby girl, no one (out of 7 siblings) has the thot of driving their parents over to look at their first born grand-daughter.

Somehow, we managed to bring his parents over for Kamillya’s cukur jambul. I really hate his brothers officially! I even hope they will read this so dat they know how i feel.

10 August 2005

"Today’s Forecast

You’re no slacker, so why are you giving yourself such a hard time about taking a little time off? If anything, it’ll be better for you — a break will bring you fresh inspiration and energy for your work."

I am not actually "giving" myself a hard time. Its this company that has been giving me the hard time! I desperately need a break! My schedule is fully booked until end of this month. Then come 1st Sept the cut off date for this migration. After 2nd, I presumed, only we are allowed to take leave. *sigh!* Life really s****!!!

Debut

Monday, August 15th, 2005

First of all, let me explain why is called mummamia (trust me it is not because of dat ABBA song). I am a mumma myself to a 9-month-old baby girl name Alya Kamillya Johar. My 2 little nieces, Athirah,4, and Nabila,3, could not pronounce her name correctly. Pelat. They keep on calling her Kamia. They even have a special way of saying it too. "KAMMIYYAAA". Hence, dats how I came out wit mumma-mia.

030_30_1 She’s my pride and joy my little pumpkin!
