Yes! It was our 2nd year anniversary yesterday. Happy Anniversary to you darling! It has been a great two years indeed. I must say i really enjoyed myself last weekend. It was not something i had in mine. Romantic dinner followed by a surprise gift. It was more spontaneous, unplanned, no surprises but yet very sweet.

Altho the anniversary is on Monday, but the whole event started on Friday. I went out during 2-hour lunch break to get his gift. I wanted it to be a surprised so i asked my colleague to keep it for me because hubby is coming to pick me up so if he saw me carrying a big paper bag he would know what i bought for him (i happened to bought him the bulkiest item in his list). Punya la penat nak buat surprise but at the end he brought me to pick my own gift! yikes! At first mmg tak best because i wanted him to surprise me too but then bila dah dpt gift marah pun hilang hehehehe….

Since his gift was with my friend, who then came over the next day to pass the gift, so i culd not give it to him yet. Saturday, he came back from work at 8pm when i was about to leave for my family gathering. Tak sempat la nak pass the gift. Later that nite baru la dpt pass. I’m really glad that he likes it because he’s very pelik. Sometimes when i like certain things but he doesn’t find it interesting at all. I was a bit worried he won’t like it. Dah la i spent a lot on it.

Sunday, both of us already got our gifts so now it’s time to celebrate. He didn’t make any plan, just what i thot, so i suggested to have dinner at Shah Alam (where it was all started so back to memory lane…) altho we did that last year. Unfortunately, the place where we wanted to go was closed and the 2nd back place had a hard time to find a parking space. Luckily, we found this restaurant by the lake, when we were going around Plaza Alam Sentral looking for parking space. It was nice, the foods and view that is. The buttered prawn is sooooo delicious! yummy!!! Kekenyangan sgt². Oh ya! Kamillya? Left at Tok Syed’s hse.

Monday, the day, woke up at 10am!!! That was the first time i woke up at that hour after i got married! Decided to take Kamillya to amusement park. First plan to go to mid valley because they have one there. Sampai je punya la jam teruk! Actually we already thot of that but just trying our luck. Back-up plan One Utama because i think they have Twinkle there, rite?? Again, Jam juga. It can be concluded that the bigger the mall is the massive the congestion. Dontcha think. Lastly, we ended up in KLCC. Thot we culd go to Petrosains. Only to be dissapointed again because the ticket is sold out. yikes too! Went to the Signature for lunch punya la byk manusia. To make things worse, Kamillya pula buat perangai. Cepat² makan then terus balik rumah. Lega! 3 beranak terus tidur kepenatan!

Overall, it was indeed the most memorable one. Last year’s was memorable too but a very sad one because of the Tsunami. Every year we celebate our anniversary we wuld definitely remember the tragedy!

Less than a week away from our 2nd wedding anniversary. My hubby is cracking his brain out for ideas on how to celebrate because i’ve warned him to plan everything since he can’t get leave on that day. Fyi all the weekends and pub hols has been fully booked with annual leaves, he said, org ramai nak clear kan cuti,  he added. Well you shuld have apply for the leave months ago, mesaid…so pandai² la dia plan.

As for myself, been having a hard time digging for ideas on what to buy him so i suggested to him to write a wishlist. Each of us to write what we want, say for 3 items. Now, let’s see what i want from him…

Actually, i have few more items in the list… so i guess 3 just ain’t enuff for me. I know most ppl said that its the thot that counts but when it comes to hubbies its not just the thot but also the effort that count the most dontcha think. We the wifey deserve to be pampered and splurge with all these goodies once in a while so that we culd feel appreciated. (stop for a while to attend a meeting)…(it was not really a meeting but a sharing session and most of us had to stand for the whole 40 mins of the session yikes!) What d’ya think ladies??…

Ok will have to log off now. Need to apply whatever we have shared just now (the 40 mins sharing session that is). Talk to you ladies again later. Probably i just wish all A Merry & Joyfull Christmas and have a great weekend ahead! just in case if i don’t blog again later this week.

Wednesday - 14 December 2004

Went to work as usual but came in a bit late since my team leader is not around for this whole week. Emergency MC was her excuse and claimed that she had a surgery. We figured it might be a liposuction or any other plastic surgery. Heck! I’ve been having a very depressed week all this month so coming to work nowadays is very agitating. Nothing much to do (or rather nothing much i would like to do) so decided to go off early at 5pm (half-and-hour earlier than the day before hihihi), which supposed to be 5.30pm normal working hour ends. Arrived at Jelatek Putra Station, hubby has not arrived yet. Yikes! Even waiting for him for 15 minutes has contributed an increase in my depression level. Sigh! Arrived home, still feeling depressed, just lepak in front of the tv. Then suddenly, my hubby said "B, look!" i turned and saw my baby girl, kamillya, walked on her own. Finally! After 13 month-3weeks-old she finally made it!!! Now that really makes my day!!! Believe it or not, that was my first smile for the day.
