It’s All About Mia…
My hubby had a day off this weekend. Right now he’s asleep with my baby girl so i’m having some "me" time for a while. We were supposed to go to a birthday party but had to cancel coz Mia is not feeling well. Had a slight fever. Last Friday, early in the morning (5am plus), she had her nose bleed. Ksian dia and i was so panic! Hubby was away at work pulak. I felt sooo guilty coz before i realised that her nose was bleeding she was feeling uneasy, turning here and there (luckily she was sleeping with me at that time) but i was just comforting her by tepuk2. Ngantuk la katakan. By the time i realised it was bleeding, it was all over the pillow and mattress already. Picked her up to the bathroom and washed all the blood that covered her mouth. Poor baby! But the bleeding didn’t just stop there so i put her back on the pillow and wiped it off with some tissues and called hubby at the same time. To my surprise, he was quite calm. He said "badan dia panas tu so takde apa2" and i said " it’s windy here so she culdn’t be hot" (dgn suara yg panic and gabra to scare him) in which he replied "ok la lps subuh i balik". But after few minutes when Mia dozed off, which makes me calmer, i realised hubby culd be right. It’s not hot as in the environment or the surroundings but mabbe panas dlm badan. Hubby called back again just before subuh prayer and asked her condition and i said it’s ok the bleeding has stopped so nothing to be worry about and that he’s not to rush back home.
Last nite, being paranoid of last nite’s incident, the moment she was feeling uneasy, turning here and there, i rushed to the bathroom, armed with a small wet towel i wet her head (that’s was hubby’s instruction if it’s to happen again). Then i forced her to drink some plain water to cool her body. It worked. I promise myself that i will not tidur pengsan next time.

sian u, mesti trauma tgk mia centu… but that’s always the case innit? our kids sakit or whatever and we’d be the one more upset & panicked… teringat time hani terjatuh katil while we were all sleeping..”GEDEGANG” melompat nik ngan i… we were SO worried, hani ok je…
n’ways, glad to know that the nose bleed hasn’t reoccured again… don’t be too hard on yourself, how were u to know that her nose was bleeding… and if it makes u feel better, all my sis n i (now yana lak centu) gets nose bleeds all the time n we’ve been ok all this while… cuma bila berdarah tu memang maknanye badan panas la n kena basah kan rambut & drink loads of water…

Hi yann, I understand how helpless you must feel… it’s that way with me and Faith too… I’m glad the bleeding has returned, but as Azlea says, it’s because of badan panas. No worries ok?
